  Hi Everyone. The trip dates are Jan. 17 - Jan. 20, 2009 (3 days, 2 nights) . The cost breakdown is as follows:

- Round Trip Bus Transportation = $250 per person
- Hotel Lodging = $150 per room per night (each room accommodates up to 4 persons)

We all are really moving forward....DC hotels are booked and many are eager to find an opportunity to be at the 09 Inauguration as we draw closer in anticipation ... we would like to recommend that "you" get your seat reserved on the bus to be there with us in celebration.... there is pertinent information about the journey and where and how to make your payments (deposit) for the bus and the hotel(s). Things are moving fast now, calls are coming in as many are interested. The trip is now posted on the events announcements on www.Moveon.org and www.BarackObama.com

With the posting brings great response..... the listing started running Oct 1st and will run for 15 days.

You can pay via a "Paypal" invoice (if you choose) they are still active (confirmed today) which makes it available to make your payment(s). Or you can mail your hotel deposits ($150) to P O Box 360246, Decatur, GA 30036. Other option is to mail your deposit for the bus and hotel to the PO box. (Bus deposit - $125)
