Event Info: 

  Representatives of the State Department, including Ambassadors and other senior-level members, will be present in an effort to recruit more mid-career professional Latinos, African Americans, Women, and other people with diverse skill sets, educational and cultural backgrounds. All interested persons are invited to attend and must RSVP to obtain entry.

The Washington, DC event will be the seventeenth held in this series, and is part of a national effort to ensure that the U.S. Department of State looks more like the face of America. Prior events occurred in Scottsdale, AZ Seattle, Washington, DC New York, Detroit, Raleigh, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, San Antonio, Anaheim, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Houston.
