William "Bill" Bell is the founder and artistic director of OBACC. Bill is also known as the Jazz Professor for his work as a college professor, jazz musican and musical mentor. He has mentored many singers and musicans through out the San Francisco Bay Area.
Sandra Igelhart, Assistant Director, is a retired vocal music teacher formerly with the Hayward Unified School District. In addition to her work with OBACC, she currently directs choirs at the St. Andrew Presbyterian Church in Marin City and the Women's Chours at Allen Temple Baptist Church in Oakland.
