The National Walk for Epilepsy is a fundraising event with inspirational, healthy and fun community celebration of music and entertainment with friends, family, corporations and organizations celebrating their fundraising success and support for the epilepsy community. Funds raised are for much needed research, programs, services and awareness about epilepsy. People from nearly 50 states across North America converge on the National Mall each Spring as they take steps to end epilepsy. In 2018, the Epilepsy Foundation will celebrate 50 years of programs and services supporting the epilepsy community!
Our Wellness Institute partners will be in Walker’s Village providing healthy meal demonstrations and tips that can help people living with epilepsy, their family members and all of us improve our overall quality of life.
We challenge all participants to raise a minimum of $350! It’s easy as 1-2-3. The first 350 individual or virtual walker who registers, create a fundraising page and raise $350 by September 1, 2018 will receive a 50th Anniversary Commemorative gift.
Get excited, involved and rally your supporters to help in your fundraising efforts and let’s exceed our $1,000,000 goal! On your mark, get set, GO!!!!
See you on the National Mall on Saturday, April 14, 2018!
