Award-winning SF new music group Ensemble for These Times (E4TT) will be at the Brooklyn Art Haus to kick off their first East Coast tour!

"Ubi Lux Floret" by queer Brooklyn composer Darian Donovan Thomas
"Cavities" by Iranian-American composer Niloufar Nourbakhsh to a new video by filmmaker Pegah Pasalar.

"the motion between three worlds" for cello by nonbinary Quechua/Latinx Brooklyn composer inti figgis-vizueta
"Forget Your Scarf in My Life" (inspired by a Mikko Harvey poem) for piano trio by Luna Composition Lab alum, Madeline Clara Cheng
"Twelve Chairs" by Jodi Goble, setting US Poet Laureate Rita Dove's cycle of 13 micro poems about personal identity and the U.S. judicial system. Pre-concert composer talk at 7:00 p.m.
Performed by E4TT (Nanette McGuinness, soprano, Megan Chartier, cello, and Margaret Halbig, piano) joined by Brooklyn violinist Mia Rose Nardi-Huffman.
