Join Jodi McLean and an incredible ensemble of sound practitioners, with guest cellist, Billy Mickelson, for a nourishing evening at the Marin Art and Garden Center. Wander the botanical gardens as you arrive, then settle into The Studio as crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and vocals wash over you in waves of pure sound. Scientifically shown to ease tension, quiet the mind, and gently reset the nervous system, sound healing is one of the most restorative experiences you can gift yourself this summer. Leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and ready for whatever the season has in store. Bring a friend, the more, the merrier!

Please bring a yoga mat and wear warm, comfortable clothing with extra layers. Traditionally done lying down on your back, this experience might be more comfortable for you if you bring extra supplies for yourself (pillows, and maybe an eye pillow to take your audio experience to the next level).
