Started by collectors of Steve Vai's JEM guitar, Jemfest raises donations for the Make a Noise Foundation, which gives instruments to kids who can't afford them. Vai isn't scheduled to attend, but hundreds of fast fingers will be there. Amateurs get a chance to go on stage with some of the world's most talented guitarists. Rare and one-of-a-kind guitars wil be on display as well as free raffles.
