  We are hosting a walk to remember and celebrate the legacy of those we have loved and whose lives have been touched by the gift of Hospice. The walk is open to all and will be held at beautiful Crown Point Shores on Octber 18th. We'll walk from Crown Point to Fanuel Park and back...a distance of 5K. All funds raised go to support the mission of LightBridge Hospice Community Foundation
