I spent 27 years in corporate supply management working 50-60 hours a week while care-giving my husband's heroic battles with 3 rare cancers and 17 surgeries. It was a major life change losing my soulmate that left me believing I was meant to do something far more meaningful. In October 2009, I decide that what was my backup plan for our retirement, would now be my full time career.
As I met women and volunteered, I became more certain that I was here for the purpose to serve women in a way that was not yet revealed to me. Then, a friend asked me to volunteer my time doing makeovers at a non-profit, this led me to the idea of a presentation covering much more than how to dress and appropriate image for interviews. This led to the Career Role Model Portfolio project to help all career women celebrate and share their story and career success to inspire others to realize there are endless possibilities to step up to their potential and improve their life.

Celebrate Your Career Success




Come celebrate your career success and be featured in the Career Role Model Portfolio (CRMP) to inspire other women to “Step up” to their potential.

This is a fabulous opportunity which gives successful career women a time to celebrate their success and be a Role Model to inspire women. The process is quite simple:

Step 1: Fill out the brief electronic Career Questionnaire. Please “save as” your name and return via E-mail to choward2@wi.rr.com.

Step 2: Come celebrate your career success at a gathering of six to ten women. The Role Models (you) will enjoy sharing successes, networking, and being treated to a pampering spa treatment and a makeover. You may choose to invite friends to join your celebration or be part of another group.

Afterwards, I will take your Career Role Model portrait to be featured in the project’s portfolio.

The portfolio is a tool within the “Step up to Your Potential” presentation I will offer at women’s non-profit organizations. Career Role Models will be celebrated and welcomed into the portfolio on an on-going basis to reflect the endless possibilities careers for women.

I invite you to say YES! Yes, to becoming an inspiration to other women by participating now as a Role Model. Say Yes! to a well deserved time out celebration of the successful women you are. Additionally, I invite you to have the opportunity to be a leader in co-creating the success of the Career Role Model Portfolio project by sharing this invitation with others.
