Perform technical reviews of projects to ensure quality control and adherence to professional codes, standards, and specifications. • Manage and perform complex pipeline engineering planning and design related to rehabilitation, maintenance, repair, improvements, and installation of large-diameter pipelines for water facilities including pumping plants, treatment facilities, and recharge ponds to meet regulatory and code requirements. • Plan, manage, and serve in a management and supervisory role for pipeline engineering projects through all phases including planning, design, construction, and close-out; supervise and participate in project control including schedule, budget, change management, project variances, and close-out; participate in project review meetings. • Manage and provide pipeline engineering support during construction including reviewing and approving submittals, requests for information, change orders, and field inspections for conformance and compliance to contract documents. • Exercise full supervision and management of assigned staff, coach, mentor, and train employees in the field of Pipeline Engineering.
