The ILRC is a national resource center that provides trainings, materials and advocacy to advance immigrant rights. As a legal services organization, we train lawyers and paralegals on ever-changing and complex immigration law. We develop leadership by encouraging immigrants to play leading roles in confronting and reshaping the laws and policies that perpetuate racial, economic and social injustice. And we educate and empower those in the immigrant community so that they may organize and advocate for the rights and privileges that best define our democratic traditions.

The NBPA is committed to the recruitment, training, and career advancement of minority attorneys as prosecutors at all levels of government. “It is to ensure not only retention of Blacks in prosecution, but also to correct the dramatic inequity that exists with respect to black representation in the executive ranks of prosecutor's offices. A further goal is to recruit, train, and mentor younger aspiring lawyers for leadership roles in the years ahead

Founded in 1968 in San Antonio, Texas, the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF) is the leading nonprofit Latino litigation, advocacy and educational outreach institution in the United States.

The NJAALEOA is a non profit organization. The sworn members of the association do not get paid to conduct any of the programs the association produces for the public. Corporate sponsorship is always sought.
