  Newport Classical presents two-time GRAMMY(R)-nominated cellist Seth Parker Woods in a performance titled "Thus Spoke Their Verse." Celebrated by The Guardian as "a cellist of power and grace" possessing "mature artistry and willingness to go to the brink," Seth Parker Woods explores three centuries of music for cello centering around identity and narrative storytelling. The evening is anchored by three Sarabandes from the first, second, and fifth Bach suites, which provide points throughout the concert to transition from a familiar experience toward the possibility of something radically new.

Newport Classical's Chamber Series takes place at Newport Classical Recital Hall in downtown Newport, known for its striking architecture and excellent acoustics.
