The event will bring into focus the critical relationship between the health of the environment and how we build the largest things humans create cities. * World Environment Day, commemorated each year on June 5, is one of the principal vehicles through which the United Nations stimulates worldwide awareness of the environment and enhances political attention and action. San Francisco is host city for this year's event. Mayors from all over the world will be attending. The theme selected for 2005 is 'Green Cities' and the slogan is 'Plan for the Planet
