Join AWIB and award-winning sommelier Joshua Wesson, the guru of food and wine pairings, for a wine tasting and special sit-down dinner at Diwan restaurant. The multi-faceted Joshua Wesson, author, speaker and co-owner of the Best Cellars chain of retail wine stores, will guide us as we savor various reds and whites with different Indian dishes. Wine is not often considered the drink of choice with Indian food. But this tasting will debunk some of those myths and shed light on the multiple options for wine enthusiasts and novices to enjoy with the cuisine.
