DeLaughter a Mississippi Circuit Court Judge, author & prosecutor, best known for his successful prosecution of the murderer of civil rights leader Medger Evers, will talk about this landmark case, which was the subject of the movie "Ghost of Mississippi." As an attorney, DeLaughter reopened the 30 year case in 1994. Byron De La Beckwith was convicted of murder & brought to justice 30 years after his crime.
