Info:
With proper integration, your projects result in higher value, lower utility bills, more enjoyable and healthier spaces, a supportive community and more profit for all. Our speakers will share their experiences working with clients to show how sustainable spaces can be achieved and integrated into a company's strategy - without breaking the bank - and how service providers can help their clients meet their sustainability goals.
Whether you are a tenant, landlord, large established company or startup, this program will give you insights into green leasing programs, sustainable building design, and how tenants and landlords can work together to build green.
Speakers:
* Louise Adamson, LEED-AP, K&L Gates Ms. Adamson developed a first-of-its-kind green leasing program which not only integrates sustainable building practices but also tracks the LEED rating system through each stage of the lease negotiation process so that the lease itself facilitates LEED certification for the tenant space.
* Heather Ferguson, LEED-AP, Hawley, Peterson & Synder Architects Ms. Ferguson is a Senior Interior Designer familiar with the factors that affect the visual comfort, productivity, efficiency, and flexibility of interior and technical spaces as well as integrating sustainable alternatives and material evaluation and selection for these spaces.
* Kathleen Gilligan, LEED-AP, EcoStrategy Group Kathleen is co-founder and partner of EcoStrategy Group, a consultancy that helps companies incorporate sustainable practices into their business operations. Kathleen is a volunteer chair for the Cleantech Open, a non-profit organization to accelerate the development of clean technology startups, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Complimentary appetizers, beer, wine and soft drinks will be served.
