In "Leadership in Action: Your Role in Building a Great Place to Work," you will learn what distinctive qualities separate great leaders from the rest while examining your own strengths and weaknesses. Managers in great workplaces play a specific role in building and sustaining these environments. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn about these leaders, the roles they play, and create your own action plan for change. Leave able to:

Hal's success over the years has been attributed to his keen and intuitive understanding of leadership, workplace culture and change. Cited by clients as "Trusted Advisor" and "Master Guide", Hal deeply understands cultural transformation, and knows how to facilitate it, one leader at a time. Hal's range of practical, hands-on leadership experience spans from managing within multi-national publicly held companies, to being the first hire in boutique consulting firms.
Before joining Great Place to Work(R) Institute, Hal held leadership positions at The Center for Talent Retention, Manpower, and the Training Arts Institute, an organization that he founded. Hal has received expert training in Integral Coaching through New Ventures West, and has had professional training in Buddhist Psychology and Advanced Meditation.
