GENERAL SOLO E-BLAST GUIDELINES

  1. All ad creative must strictly adhere to our guidelines and be in compliance with the type of communications that our audience has been accustomed to receiving since 1998.
  2. Slightly lower requirements apply to newsletter advertising.
    • View sample solo e-Blast archives at www.MPNsite.com/eblast.htm and e-Newsletter archives at www.MPNsite.com/newsletter.htm.
  3. All solo e-Blast message subjects must be 125 characters or less and cannot be gimmicky or misleading.
  4. All creative and message subjects should be sent at least 48 hours in advance to allow for adequate build and validation by MPN and (optional) client proofing and testing.
  5. Once purchased, all sales are final. We do not issue any refunds (unless your campaign is rejected by us for noncompliance) or complimentary resends after a campaign has been sent.
  6. One can send the same (or very similar) creative/message subject to multiple different lists (e.g., Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, New York, etc.) in the same calendar week.
  7. One cannot purchase more than two (2) campaigns of the same (or very similar) content/message subject targeting the same audience (e.g., Houston) during the same calendar week.

SECURE AUTOMATED ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESS

  1. Access STEP 1 of our secure automated purchase menu: www.MPNsite.com/StartOrder.asp.
    • Select “Search Engine or Referral Source” from the “How Did You Locate MPN” dropdown menu.
  2. In STEP 2, select your desired purchase item from the dropdown menu. Click on “Add to Cart” and “CHECKOUT” buttons.
  3. In STEP 4, verify that your “ORDER TOTAL” is accurate. Click on “Click Here to Purchase” to leave our site to securely enter your Credit Card information.

Once your transaction has been successfully processed, you will have an opportunity to print a receipt and will also receive an electronic copy as well.

SOLO E-BLAST SCHEDULING PROCESS

After your transaction has been successfully processed, please do as follows to schedule and secure dates for your campaign:

  1. Click on this link: Support@MPNmail.com to send an e-mail with “MPN Featured E-Campaign or Online Display Ad Purchase” in the subject.
  2. Include your “CustID” or “OrderID” and listing type and/or title.
  3. Include your target list audience, and primary and secondary campaign release dates.

AD CREATIVE SUBMISSION & ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESS

  1. Click on this link: Support@MPNmail.com to send an e-mail with “MPN Featured E-Campaign or Online Display Ad Purchase” in the subject.
  2. Please send the following preferably 48 hours before your desired campaign release date:
    • Your compliant display ad (e.g., 600x800, 700x900 pixels or similar in MS Word, HTML, PDF, JPG, GIF or PNG format).
    • Your compliant 125 character or less e-campaign message subject (for Solo E-Blast purchases only).
    • Your Click-thru URL (i.e., landing page) to include in your campaign and link your display image.
  3. Your creative will be uploaded to our template and an online proof will be posted on our server. We will conduct testing and validation.
  4. Optionally, you can request that we send a test blast before the full campaign is released. We do not offer any refunds or complimentary resends once the full campaign has been released.
